Guarantee

The buyer has seven days from delivery of the guitar to evaluate the guitar and can return the guitar if not to their liking.  The guitar must be returned as received.  The shipping and insurance is the buyers responsibility for both directions if returned.

The guitar is guaranteed to the original buyer for workmanship and materials. Neglect and accidental damage is not covered which includes damage caused by lack of protection for humidity issues. The guitar case comes with humidity control devices, but your house should be watched for any too dry or wet conditions.

Hand built classical guitars are built lightly to get the best sound possible and therefore must be cared for in dry/wet conditions.
